Earlier in my career, I designed and developed
interactive motion systems, visual interfaces, and
content-driven web applications.
This foundation continues to shape how I approach frontend engineering today, particularly
in animation architecture, layout systems, performance-aware motion, and crafting interfaces
that scale both visually and technically.
These projects represent formative explorations in interaction design, motion system
development, and large-scale content architecture. They inform my current work refining landing
page experiences, where subtle motion, hierarchy, and pacing guide users toward clarity and engagement.
Note: Some projects were created with technologies available at the time
(including Flash) and are presented as visual and motion case studies rather than live interactive demos.

The following projects continue to inform my approach to frontend engineering–particularly
animation architecture, performance-aware motion, visual hierarchy and modern landing page design.
Some projects are shown as visual case studies due to legacy technologies such as Flash.
I'm a frontend engineer who brings interfaces to life through motion,
interaction, and performance-aware architecture. I build scalable, maintainable web experiences
that feel intuitive, responsive, and polished.
I collaborate with founders and product teams to refine user-facing surfaces,
aligning animation, layout, and interaction
to support clear product storytelling and conversion.
My foundation in visual systems and motion design informs how I craft
composed, high-signal interfaces that scale both technically and visually.

These projects predate my recent frontend work, but continue to inform how I think about interfaces.
At Pink Zulu Labs, I designed and produced large volumes of image content for a social platform before the rise of Instagram.
The images that follow were photographed while participating in a beta user group for
a mobile imaging application for which I served as designer and developer. The directive
was intentionally minimal: capture at least five candid images daily, guided by personal
observation rather than staged composition.
This constraint-driven exploration provided direct insight into how
non-professional users engage with mobile photography — how they frame moments,
respond to light, and interpret immediacy. The experience informed interaction
and navigation decisions within the application's image browsing system.
On user experience and frontend projects, the goal is always clarity: efficient
information flow, intuitive interaction, and visual systems that scale across
diverse user bases. A strong aesthetic supports usability, reinforces hierarchy,
and communicates brand intent, but it functions in service of structure and
comprehension.
